As we welcome the dawn of 2025, China's international "circle of friends" has sent warm wishes to mark the occasion. Erik Nilsson, a seasoned American journalist who has been telling China's stories for 18 years, recently expressed his hopes in fluent Chinese during an interview with China News Network, wishing all his Chinese friends success, good health, and happiness.
Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. 深圳市住房和建设局日前对外发布《深圳市住房公积金管理委员会关于我市住房公积金租房提取有关事项的通知》（下称《通知》）。11月1日起施行，有效期一年。《通知》显示，提高无房职工住房公积金租房提取额度标准。职工本人及其家庭成员未在本市拥有商品住房、政策性住房和保障性住房，职工办理租房提取业务的，每月最高可按申请当月应缴存额提取。其中，符合条件的多子女家庭，提供租房合同、租房发票后，可按实际月租金提取，不受月应缴存额限制。
