Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. 会议指出，要把稳外资作为做好今年经济工作的重要发力点，在扩大市场准入、优化公平竞争环境、畅通创新要素流动等方面加强服务保障，持续营造市场化、法治化、国际化一流营商环境，巩固外资在华发展信心，提升贸易投资合作质量和水平。
办好资本市场，必须坚持市场化法治化改革方向，加快上市公司监管、证券公司监管、证券投资基金监管、债券监管等各领域立法修法，及时评估完善业务规则，从制度上保障资本市场良法善治。
