忆及卡特，美国弗吉尼亚大学名誉教授雷朴实(Bruce Reynolds)在接受中新网采访时表示，卡特为人正直、聪颖，他训练有素，且做事尽心尽力，是一个以事实和分析做判断的人。

Jimmy Carter, who served as the 39th president of the United States from 1977 to 1981, died on Dec. 29, 2024, at the age of 100. Among Carter's many diplomatic achievements during his presidency, perhaps the most notable was promoting the establishment of diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China.
Recalling former U.S. president Jimmy Carter, Bruce Reynolds, a professor emeritus from the University of Virginia (UVA), told China News Network that Carter is a man of morality, intelligence. He is well-trained with committed attitude throughout his career. Besides, he is a man believed in facts and analysis.
Reynolds further pointed out that Carter is committed to making peace all his life and he is persisted in doing right things. He added that it is Carter’s courage that makes the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China possible, In the eyes of Carter making peace represents doing right things . 笔者跟多位省级、市级税务人士交流得知，目前并没有全国性查税部署。一些地方根据当地税收大数据风险提示等对个别企业查税，是日常工作，也是税务部门正常履职。毕竟税务部门主要负责税收、社会保险费和有关非税收入的征收管理，发现偷逃税、少缴税行为，理应依法制止，否则就是渎职。
经查，王一新丧失理想信念，背弃初心使命，结交政治骗子，对抗组织审查；违背组织原则，隐瞒不报家庭房产情况，在组织谈话时不如实说明问题，违规选拔任用干部并收受财物；违规收受礼金，接受私营企业主低价装修，利用职权为特定关系人谋取利益，搞权色、钱色交易；道德败坏；以权谋私，大搞权钱交易，利用职务便利为他人在土地开发、项目承揽等方面谋利，并非法收受巨额财物。
另外，近些年受经济下行、大规模减税降费、楼市土地市场低迷等影响，地方财政收入受到一定冲击，而刚性支出有增无减。在财政收支矛盾不断加大的背景下，地方政府也有更大的动力加强征管，查漏补缺，依法依规征收该征收的税费。当然，税务部门也要同时落实落细减税降费政策，坚守不收“过头税费”红线。
