As we welcome the dawn of 2025, China's international "circle of friends" has sent warm wishes to mark the occasion. Erik Nilsson, a seasoned American journalist who has been telling China's stories for 18 years, recently expressed his hopes in fluent Chinese during an interview with China News Network, wishing all his Chinese friends success, good health, and happiness.
Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. 光大银行金融市场部宏观研究员周茂华预计，年内消费者物价将延续回升态势。主要是消费需求修复，有望带动商品和服务消费逐步改善；原油价格反弹及服务需求释放，服务类价格将平稳增长。但另一方面，国内供给领先于需求恢复，生猪产能充裕，日用消费品供应充足，将使物价走势温和。
