现任联合国和平大学欧洲和平与发展中心副教授的华裔学者周麟劼(Linjie Chou Zanadu)表示，中国先进技术发展迅速，中国电动汽车将落地更多发展中国家，成为国际先进技术和可靠质量的代名词，此外，在金砖合作机制和共建“一带一路”倡议下，中国将更多地彰显作为大国的责任与实力。(林卓玮)
As we welcome the dawn of 2025, China's international "circle of friends" has sent warm wishes to mark the occasion. Erik Nilsson, a seasoned American journalist who has been telling China's stories for 18 years, recently expressed his hopes in fluent Chinese during an interview with China News Network, wishing all his Chinese friends success, good health, and happiness.
Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. 2024年4月25日，温州银行顺利落地“信贷数据宝”质押融资，温州市大数据运营有限公司顺利获得融资授信378万元，接近资产入表价值的4倍。该项“信贷数据宝”也是中国全域首单成功入表的数据资产。
在距离该项目10分钟车程内（约5公里，均为五环外），分布有六七个新盘，记者走访后的最大感受便是，从目前看，北京这次新政确实给五环外的市场带来了很强的信心提振效果，尤其是主要定位改善型客群的项目。
中诚信国际信用评级有限责任公司研究院执行院长袁海霞说，近期诸多地方政府成立数据资产类公司，一方面是呼应政策方针，同时优化自己的资产负债表，有利于拓宽融资渠道；另一方面，从资产优化的角度来看，成立数据资产管理公司有利于降低地方政府或城投公司的传统资产比重，同样有利于增加收入，提升新质生产要素的作用。
