Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. 新修订的《深圳经济特区消防条例》（以下简称《条例》）日前经市人大常委会会议表决通过，并拟于今年11月1日起实施。《条例》加强了对电动自行车、电动摩托车的消防安全监管。规定公共门厅、楼梯间、电梯轿厢，以及用于居住、办公等人员聚集的室内场所，禁止电动自行车、电动摩托车及其蓄电池停放、放置或者充电。违规停放、放置电动自行车、电动摩托车和蓄电池，且拒不改正的，对单位处一千元以上五千元以下罚款，对个人处五百元以上一千元以下罚款。
